Caroline Öhrberg and Richard Cecchini partners at Axholmen
The Swedish management consulting firm Axholmen has promoted two members of its team to the rank of partner: Caroline Öhrberg and Richard Cecchini.
Founded in 2007, Stockholm-based Axholmen specializes in supporting clients in three business areas: business excellence, performance improvement and organizational change. Since its creation, the company (which presents itself as a local alternative to the big global players) has delivered projects to more than 100 clients and has grown its team to more than 20 consultants.
With the consulting firm since 2009 and 2016 respectively, Caroline Öhrberg and Richard Cecchini have now joined the Axholmen partnership.
Their appointment brings the size of the management team to five, with Milosz Tersmeden (co-founder and ex-Accenture), Erik Mokvist (partner since 2014 and ex-Applied Value) and Joakim Landholm (partner since 2021 and ex-Accenture ) the other (older) partners.
Commenting on his promotion, Öhrberg said: “I look forward to developing and growing Axholmen, all with a fantastic team of passionate and inspiring colleagues!
Cecchini, a newly appointed partner, said: “The combination of a successful young company, but where there is still a lot to develop and improve, is attractive. I look forward to contributing to the ambition of the company.
Commenting on their promotions, Managing Partner Milosz Tersmeden said, “With strong business development, leadership and great appreciation from our clients and colleagues, Caroline and Richard are key to our future success. We congratulate them on their well-deserved promotion and look forward to many more successful (and fun) years together! »
