Passengers who are not eligible for the vaccine due to their age must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (at the passenger’s expense).

ORLANDO, Florida – COVID vaccinations will now be mandatory for passengers over the age of five on Disney cruises.

Currently, Disney Cruise Lines requires all passengers eligible for the vaccine to be fully immunized upon departure. They extend the requirement to include children over 5 years old, effective January 13, 2022.

Passengers who are not eligible for the vaccine due to their age must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (paid by the passenger) taken between 3 days and 24 hours before their departure date. Passengers aged 5 to 11 can complete this test requirement instead of being fully vaccinated for cruises departing before January 13, 2022. Passengers aged 4 and under must meet the test requirements. The test should be an NAAT test, rapid PCR test, or laboratory PCR test. Rapid antigenic tests are not accepted.
